• Client completes Workplace Productivity Assessment and Goals worksheet prior to Audit.
• Clients receives a copy of StrengthsFinder 2.0 — a hardcover book and online test that uncovers your top five strengths. Results shared with me prior to Audit.
• 90-minute to 2-hour on-site Audit is held to uncover productivity challenges.
• During the Audit a Plan is created to address identified challenges.
• Within 48 hours of the session the Plan is delivered electronically.
• Plan can be implemented on your own, or you may opt to work together via one of the other service offerings.  The choice is yours.
