Thank you so much for your excellent presentation at last Saturday’s workshop. I received several glowing comments at the end of the day, and you really helped get the program off to a great start. Life Balance has become quite the buzz phrase. Everyone is seeking it and yet it seems to elude us. We read about it, talk about it, and envision what life would be like if we just had a grasp on it. We think—how nice it would be to be able to deftly handle everything tossed our way.  Learn about the rejuvenating power of focus
 Recognize how speed can be the enemy
 See how having more choices often creates less freedom and satisfaction
